Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial is genuinely free — we don't ask for a card. After 14 days, pick a plan to keep going or your account simply pauses.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay once for 12 months and save 2 months. Starter yearly is ₹7,990 (vs ₹9,588 monthly). Pro yearly is ₹17,990 (vs ₹21,588 monthly).
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades activate immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you don't lose what you already paid for.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll see a notification and a friendly nudge to upgrade. We don't suddenly cut off your account — your existing orders and data stay intact.
Does Ordello take a commission on my sales?
Zero. Ordello charges only the monthly/yearly subscription fee. Online payments go through your own Razorpay account directly to your bank — we never touch your money.
What payment methods do you accept for the subscription?
All major Indian payment methods via Razorpay — UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, wallets.
Is there a refund policy?
Our 14-day free trial is designed so you can test thoroughly before paying. Beyond that, refunds are handled case-by-case — reach out and we'll work with you.
