The things people check first
Is the free plan really free forever?+
Yes. 40 orders a month, 150 customers and 30 products, with no card and no expiry. Most sellers start here and upgrade when the order limit starts getting in the way.
What happens if I stop paying?+
You drop to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — every order, customer and product stays exactly where it is. The features above the free limits simply switch off until you upgrade again.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?+
No. Never has been, never will be. You keep 100% of what you sell. The only usage charge anywhere in Ordello is broadcasts at ₹1.20 a message, and only if you choose to send them.
Can I switch plans later?+
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the difference for the remaining period.
How does the 14-day trial work?+
Every new account gets full Pro features for 14 days with no card. When it ends you move to Free automatically — you are never charged by surprise.
What are broadcast credits?+
Broadcasts are prepaid rather than a monthly fee, at ₹1.20 a message. New accounts get 20 free to try it. If Meta cannot deliver a message, the credit is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Is the AI agent included in a plan?+
No, it is a separate add-on because it carries a real per-conversation cost. Lite is ₹999 a month and Pro is ₹2,499. You can add or remove it independently of your main plan.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Ordello runs in a browser on your phone or laptop. Your delivery riders get a link, not an app — nothing to download for anyone.
What happens when the free trial ends?+
You move to the Free plan and keep everything. Your orders, customers and products are never deleted. You can carry on free forever or upgrade whenever it makes sense.
Do you take a commission on my sales?+
Never. You keep 100% of every sale. We charge a flat monthly plan and nothing else — the only per-use charge is broadcasts, at ₹1.20 a message, and only if you send them.
