Before you start
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Ordello runs in a browser on your phone or laptop. Your delivery riders get a link, not an app — nothing to download for anyone.
What happens when the free trial ends?+
You move to the Free plan and keep everything. Your orders, customers and products are never deleted. You can carry on free forever or upgrade whenever it makes sense.
Do you take a commission on my sales?+
Never. You keep 100% of every sale. We charge a flat monthly plan. The only usage charges are broadcasts (₹1.20 a message, only if you send them) and, on the AI Agent add-on, conversations beyond your plan and Meta's own charge for replies past 1,000 a month.
Can I choose which customers get WhatsApp updates?+
Yes. Decide whether new orders send updates by default, untick any single order, or mark a customer as never messaged. A customer who replies STOP stops getting updates and offers, and nothing on your side can switch them back on without them.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?+
Yes, with the AI Agent add-on. Your number is connected to Meta's official API so notifications and the assistant come from your own business number.
Is my customer data mine?+
Entirely. Export your customers, orders and products to Excel at any time, on any plan including Free.
