About the app
Is the app free?+
Yes. The app is included on every plan, including Free. It is the same account and the same data as the web — there is nothing extra to buy.
Which Bluetooth printers work?+
For bills, receipts and order slips: any standard ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printer, 58 or 80 mm — the language almost every receipt printer sold in India speaks. Pair it once in the app and it stays paired. For 4×6 shipping labels: any printer your phone can print to over WiFi or USB, or your Bluetooth label printer's own app through Share.
Do I need the app, or is the website enough?+
The website works fine on a phone browser and always will. The app adds the things a browser cannot do well: Bluetooth printing, camera barcode scanning and quick billing at the counter.
Can my staff use it?+
Yes, with their own login and the same permissions you set on the web. Someone you allow only orders and billing sees exactly that — not your products' cost prices, and not your reports.
Does it work offline?+
You can view what has already loaded, but taking orders and printing need a connection so the data stays correct across your devices and your staff's.
