Walk-in buyers need no name or number; a regular can be picked from your customer list. Print on a thermal printer, or send the receipt from your own WhatsApp. With a GSTIN on your account, receipts carry the tax breakup — CGST and SGST carved out of your inclusive prices.
At closing, the cash drawer adds up what should be there: opening cash, cash taken in, cash taken out. And sales history shows any day, week, month or date range, bill by bill, with a CSV export for your accountant.
