Cancelling a plan

Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — you are not cut off the moment you cancel.

After that, the account moves to the Free plan. Your orders, customers and products remain exactly as they are. Features above the free limits switch off until you subscribe again.

Refunds on subscriptions

Because every new account gets 14 days of full Pro features at no cost and with no card, we do not routinely refund a subscription period that has already started.

We do refund, in full, when:

• You were charged twice for the same period.
• You were charged after cancelling.
• A fault on our side made the service substantially unusable for an extended period.
• You upgraded by mistake and tell us within 48 hours, before making significant use of the higher plan.

Yearly plans

A yearly plan cancelled within 7 days of purchase is refunded in full, provided the account was not already on a paid yearly plan for that year. After 7 days, the plan runs to the end of its term and is not refunded pro rata.

Broadcast credits

Broadcast credits are prepaid and are not refundable for cash, because they are consumed as you send.

Credits are automatically returned to your wallet when a message could not be delivered by Meta — you are never charged for a message that did not arrive. Unused credits do not expire.

The AI agent add-on

The add-on is billed monthly and can be removed at any time from settings. It stays active until the end of the paid month. Conversation charges beyond your included quota are billed as used and are not refundable.
