Terms of Service

Last updated 1 August 2026

These are the rules for using Ordello. By creating an account you agree to them.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Alornix Technologies Pvt Ltd, Kochi, Kerala. "Ordello", "we" and "us" mean the company; "you" means the person or business using the service.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your login and for keeping your password safe. If you invite staff, you are responsible for what they do with the access you give them.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to run a business in your jurisdiction.

What you may not sell

You may not use Ordello to sell anything illegal where you or your customer are, and specifically not:

  • Drugs, weapons, or regulated goods you are not licensed to sell.
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods.
  • Anything that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.
  • Adult content, gambling, or financial products requiring a licence you do not hold.

Messaging rules

When you send WhatsApp messages through Ordello, Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy applies to you as well as to us. In particular, you may only message people who gave you their number in the course of doing business with you, and you must honour opt-outs.

We may suspend messaging on an account that generates sustained spam reports, because a bad actor puts every other seller's delivery at risk.

Payment and plans

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we take no commission on your sales.

If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. If it keeps failing, the account moves to the Free plan rather than being locked or deleted.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. An existing paid period is never repriced part-way through.

Your data belongs to you

Everything you put into Ordello remains yours. We claim no ownership over your orders, customers, products or content, and you can export it at any time.

You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf — storing it, displaying it back to you, and sending the messages you ask us to send.

Availability

We work hard to keep Ordello running, but no online service is available 100% of the time. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may take the system down briefly for maintenance, with notice where we can.

Third-party outages — WhatsApp, a payment gateway, a courier API — are outside our control, though we will tell you when we know about them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.

Ending it

You can stop paying at any time and your account moves to Free. You can ask us to delete your account entirely whenever you wish.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, that is used for fraud, or that puts other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
