Plenty of customers would rather tap than type — and a menu never misunderstands anyone. They see your categories, open a product with its photo and price, choose the option and the quantity, and the cart builds itself. Checkout asks for a name and an address (or a day and a time, for a service business) and sends the order's payment link, straight into your Ordello order book.

Run the menu on its own, the AI agent on its own, or both together: the menu for browsing and checkout, the AI for anything a customer types that a button cannot answer. You can switch between them any time. Connect a Meta catalogue and customers get WhatsApp's own product cards too — photos, prices and a cart they send back to you.

It looks after the rest of the chat as well: "My orders" shows a customer the status and the payment link of their recent orders, "Talk to us" hands them to a person, a customer who leaves items in the cart gets a reminder, and anyone who replies STOP gets no more follow-ups or offers.
