Set up your shop in ten minutes
Add your business name and logo, import your products from a spreadsheet or add a few by hand, and set how you want to be paid. Nothing else is mandatory — you can turn features on as you need them.

Let orders come from everywhere
Type an order in yourself when someone messages you, let the AI agent take it on WhatsApp while you sleep, or let buyers check out on your own online store. All three land in the same order book.

Get paid and keep the customer informed
The buyer gets a link showing what they owe and a button to pay. Every stage — confirmed, paid, packed, out for delivery, delivered — goes out on WhatsApp automatically, with a numbered receipt.

Pack it, send it, and see what you made
Print the address labels for the day in one go, hand them to your rider or a courier, and watch the profit report fill in with cost prices and expenses already counted.

Before you start
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Ordello runs in a browser on your phone or laptop. Your delivery riders get a link, not an app — nothing to download for anyone.
What happens when the free trial ends?+
You move to the Free plan and keep everything. Your orders, customers and products are never deleted. You can carry on free forever or upgrade whenever it makes sense.
Do you take a commission on my sales?+
Never. You keep 100% of every sale. We charge a flat monthly plan and nothing else — the only per-use charge is broadcasts, at ₹1.20 a message, and only if you send them.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?+
Yes, with the AI Agent add-on. Your number is connected to Meta's official API so notifications and the assistant come from your own business number.
Is my customer data mine?+
Entirely. Export your customers, orders and products to Excel at any time, on any plan including Free.
Do I need GST to use Ordello?+
No. Plenty of our sellers are unregistered small businesses. If you do have GST, receipts and reports handle it.
What if I only take cash on delivery?+
That works with no setup at all. Order links show the amount due, you record the cash when it arrives, and the rider's collections are tracked for you.
Can I move my existing data in?+
Yes. Import customers and products from a spreadsheet — column names are matched automatically, and you see exactly what will be created before anything is saved.
